Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming and informative environment for all patients/customers.
Assist customers in selecting cannabis products based on their needs and preferences.
Educate customers on various strains, products, consumption methods, and effects.
Regularly up-saling and ability to process transactions using register
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including product displays and inventory management.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and product knowledge.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
On time to scheduled shifts
Prior experience in customer service or retail preferred.
Knowledge of local cannabis is a plus, but training is still required
