Job Summary

We seek a motivated and results-driven Sales professional to join our dynamic team.

We are a team of leaders, and we are looking for leaders. You have the potential to make $10,000 or more per month, but it all depends on you. The sky is the limit with our company, but you are expected to be a Lion Leader, who loves challenges, does well under pressure, and produces results.

Honestly, if you are not a great, confident, and experienced, B2B and B2C, result-oriented salesperson, who can produce "sales numbers", this is not a good fit for you. If you are looking for an easy paycheck, without any challenge, let's not waste each other's time.

Several opportunities are currently available. If you are pleasant, exude positive energy, and can prove that you are the right fit for the job, one could eventually lead you into the executive suite.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective territory management and business development strategies. This role requires a strong ability to analyze market trends, manage client relationships, and leverage tools like Salesforce to enhance sales performance. Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve territory sales goals.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and market analysis.

Manage existing accounts while fostering strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer interactions, and analyzing performance metrics.

Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients in both B2B and retail environments.

Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies and maximize outreach efforts.

Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product development.

Requirements

Proven experience in outside sales or territory management is preferred.

Strong understanding of business development principles and account management practices.

Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is highly desirable.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to analyze market data to identify opportunities for growth.

Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

A valid driver’s license may be required depending on the territory assigned.
