The average order will consist of one initial pole and three or more future poles per site which will produce a substantial agent commission income which is calculated on the total installed pole charge.

Acting as the exclusive state sales agents the person will be an independent business person who can see their future making a lot of money providing electrical power to American businesses. They are a special breed of person who invites challenge and can think outside of the box. Some people call these people dreamers. Our power pole can make FREE electricity but our power pole can also bring in new profitable day time business. How is this possible? Because the tall poles themself will act like the “McDonald’s Golden Arches” to bring in new customers. New customers are what business is all about whether you are selling hamburgers or some other product or service you always need new customers. Our 50 to 100 ft. high power poles also provide the perfect spot to install security cameras and parking lot lighting which is an absolute necessity in today’s crime infected world.
How do you get started in a whole new business with a brand new product? Because we are a new company with few installations it’s going to tough sledding the first few months trying to sell the power poles. With this in mind we are concentrating our agent sales efforts on small business and small hotels exclusively which makes good business sense.
Each power pole sale will produce a sales COMMISSION up to 25,000 dollars. Ten sales per year equals over 250,000 gross agent income per year. Twenty sales per year will equal over a quarter million dollars of agent income per year. If all the stars align some smart hard working agents could achieve over a half million dollars of gross income per year once their business gets rolling.
Average installation time required to install each pole with a two man construction team is nine days from delivery of the components to the job site and the date the power pole starts making free power. The time from the day the credit worthy customer gives us a purchase order (with 10% down payment) to the day installation is complete is 60 to 90 days.
We provide a email marketing campaign (500.00 per month, plus a one time 500.00 set up charge) to make sure the agents has all the potential new business they can handle. It takes 5 to 7 attempts for our email marketing system to break through the clutter in the prospects email inbox and the prospects to request more information. When this happens you make your first call to start the sales process. It is a simple two to three call close and two month sales cycle.
The agent can partner with two or three local “residential” solar panel providers in his territory and will also need an independent local licensed electrician available to connect all the electrical components. Most solar panel companies have outside sales people looking for new residential solar panel business and most have their own installation crew so they can easily handle the installation of our power pole plus supply any additional solar panels required. We can work with any brand EV charger, but we are not in the charger business. We are in the energy business. Our competition (if any) is the local power utility. They are easy to beat head to head as our cost of power is zero compared to theirs which ranges from 9 to 43 per kWh per state and these prices are going up 10% every year.
The hotels will buy a cluster of one to four poles equipped with #1 or #2 chargers plus security lights and cameras depending on the number of rooms in the hotel. They can also turn the four poles installation into a paddle board sports court for their hotel guests. They will also have the choice of entering into our day time public service business (BOLT & JOLT) or limiting their business to the overnight EV charging for their hotel guests.
Large states like California are broken down into two (North & South or East & West) individual territory’s. Each agent receives our ongoing email marketing campaign and on-going design service. Agents need only target two prospects (1) small business (2) hotels and motels but some state agents will see the opportunity in the Native American casinos and reservations as the perfect way to jump start their business as the D.O.E. Is providing grants and low cost SBA energy loans to the tribes.
The agent receives NOAA weather (wind and sun) research and custom system design assistance for each power pole location.
We are a well financially backed start up business on a mission trying to establish a “one on one” long term business relationship with other like minded individuals, but it is important to make sure both parties are comfortable they are making a solid business decision. This is not a short term or one trick pony opportunity. In order to supply power poles every agent must accept the fact that selling a power station that makes FREE electricity is the easy part of the business simply because “FREE” power is an easy sale. Installing the power station which takes time and energy is the hard part of the business. The installation is a simple connect the dots building project, but it’s not like ordering a product off AMAZON and waiting for UPS to deliver it. Commercial customers such as hotels are not capable of completing the installation side of the sale on their own. This must be done by business people with experience in the building trades or solar business.
With this thought in mind I have designed a 90 day limited agent marketing program to get our story told and also qualify new sales agents. This will secure the future business opportunity’s and guarantee the businesses see our pole as the best choice (not the grid) to supply the power they need to provide the electricity needed to run their businesses. The sales agent will receive 50% of the 10% deposit when the future customer place their order with their refundable 10% deposit. This plan will give both of us the time to know each other and see if we are a good long term business fit for each other. It will also give us the opportunity to install several pilot installations to assure all the bugs in the pole design and installation are worked out. As part of the plan we will offer the first multi location business a substantial discount and will offer the first successful pioneer sales agents an exclusive sales license for his or her’s territory which could prove to be very valuable in the future.
There are also a total of over one hundred and forty eight thousand (148,000) retail C-stores in the country of which approximately 50% are franchises or company owned stores. These small C-stores are a important sales target as most have limited available ground space for solar panels which is not a problem for our compact parking lot poles. There are also lots of small businesses and small factory’s who can also use our pole. In addition there are also thousands of independent people who live off the grid as well as thousands of people living on farms and ranches in rural areas so there is no shortage of future prospects.
HOTELS have no choice but to invest in charging as the future travelers driving EV’s will demand overnight charging. We can sell our power pole to these hotels and they all would be better off not having to buy their power off the grid and/or sharing the charging profit with the local electric utility.
Most of the nations small manufacturing plants and independent people in the nation will also want a power pole and most will want their own employee or customer EV charger station. There is an unlimited number of small businesses including schools, parking garages, church parking lot, apartments, cities properties, restaurants, golf courses etc, etc to sell to. Each state or territoriy is capable of providing more prospects then the average agent can sell and /or nstall in his or her lifetime.
TESLA and their 35 competitors are on a sales drive to install their EV chargers on every hotel parking lot in the country. We can put their products on the side lines because not only do we make FREE electricity, but our tall poles will serve the same roll as the “McDonald’s Golden Arches” attracting attention and alerting travelers that there is a business up ahead with a charging station and/or a Bolt & JOLT coffee stop. (Ask for details on this bonus business opportunity). As a further bonus the poles can also be equipped with lights and security cameras which also carry a nice agent sales commission.
Who is the perfect person(s) to take advantage of this unique business opportunity? Acting as the SALES agent the person must be a proven high dollar professional B to B sales person and should have previous “real world” business experience. He of course can manage his own time and manage his or her own business. We do not have the staff, or the desire to do this for him. One new start up company just introduced a solar fence that will produce energy at ground level. Elon Musk (TESLA) is already going after the utility side of the coming energy crisis with new giant batteries and solar farms. He has a test site up with 30,000 homes up and running off the grid in Australia. The country of Ireland are building an off shore wind farm and laying an undersea power cable to connect Ireland to France to supply power. This is a three BILLION DOLLAR INVESTMENT that is just the beginning of a new electrical energy revolution.
For now, coal, gas, wind, solar, hydro and thermo are the only energy options available, but believe it or not, the US government wants to take coal, gas and hydro out of the equation which together represents over 75% of the current energy being produced today. The government is trying to knock down the hydro power dams on the west coast to let the salmon return to spawn and of course they want to ban the use of coal and gas to save the planet from global warming. The nations need for power is expected to double or triple in the next few years due to the thousand of AI data centers being built and the millions of EV’s charging stations both of which require lots of power. Each of the thousands of AI data centers under construction will require energy equal to the demand of 30,000 homes. The country will suffer with higher energy costs, brown outs and obviously electricity will be more expensive and in short supply. When all these changes happens it will leave wind and solar in the driver seat until some new energy source such as nuclear power arrives on the scene to power the grid.
Please understand this is not your typical franchise offer. It is a business opportunity that I am confident will work, but it’s up to the agent to learn how to turn the opportunity into a profitable business. We do not have the support staff to hold the hand of the agent or give him or her the game plan or playbook. Consumers have been clicking a light switch on the wall their entire life and until now have not been concerned with how the energy arrived or how much it costs. It will take time for them to understand and appreciate all the benefits of making their own power. When you get your first customer you will also have all the numerous business problems such as product delivery delays, county permits, bad weather, long SBA and DOE loan applications that will all play a role in determining the date your next commission check arrives in your bank account. The selected agents must have the financial “where with all” to sustain themself through this start up period.
My previous business career was a international executive (board of directors) of a publicly held computer company. Now I am a retired one man band (by choice) with a new billion dollar business idea in start up mode that has never been tried. I feel like Bill Gates or Steve Jobs probably felt before desk top computers and cell phones became common place. My mini hybrid power pole might become “old hat” in a matter of years, but I believe it will make a lot of people finically well off before this happens.

C-store owners will buy the pole because it will save them money plus it makes good business sense to make their own electricity. The hotels will buy them because their customers with EV’s will demand them or they will book future room reservations at the hotel down the street that provides overnight EV charging. In addition the hotels and C stores can earn additional revenue to pay for the poles by becoming a partner in our day time quick charging BOLT & JOLT charging and coffee business.
We do most, IF NOT ALL, of the marketing for you with our targeted email marketing campaign which connects our exclusive agents with small business prospects. Once you sell your first power pole the next customer will line up to get their own power pole. Some prospects will require a little time to take the plunge into the future of energy, but with a little education and father time they all will eventually be ready to buy a power pole.
We can help with SBA loan applications for your prospects. We do all the billing and pay a great commission to our licensee when they have successfully installed the pole and the customer has paid in full. We also provide all the up front technical assistance required and offer on line Zoom sales training including help with the basic power pole design and any options like lights and security cameras required by the customer or the site location. Privately owned business owners must be educated (not sold) and most can qualify for a traditional SBA loan if needed to pay for their power pole. The poles are not free but all businesses will enjoy a high ROI (return on investment) that will pay for themself with just the monthly power bill savings. The ROI will vary based on the cost of energy in each territory, but will always be positive.
Eight (8) Final Thoughts.
(1) The EV market and energy sector is just starting to pick up speed. Two off shore country’s and three states in the USA have already banned the sale of gas powered cars in the near future and other western country’s and most US states will no doubt follow their lead. The territory of Puerto Rico is ready to abandoned their power grid and is trying to go 100% wind and solar by the end of the next year. Our government has recently mandated that all government employees travel in rental electric cars or trucks whenever possible. The US government also want 50% of all future government GSA purchases of cars and trucks to be AMERICAN made EV’s. The government rents 2.3 million rental cars every year and all of these cars plus private cars on the road must be charged up every night. The government has plans in place to install thousands of charging stations on all the federal buildings and facilities. The hotels and the car rental company’s are starting to install charging stations on their properties to capture the car charging business. My power pole is the perfect product to provide the FREE power for all of these charging services.
(2) All these changes are great for the future of our business, but the the EV’s will have major negative impact on a lot of companies in the auto industry. Think about a company that manufactures or sells radiators or gasoline additives. Because there will be winners and losers some companies may not be around much longer after the EV’s arrive and the dust settles. The total EV new car sales market in the US is now only 7% to 8% but expected to surpass country’s like Norway which today is already over 90%. The Chinese company BYD has overtaken TESLA as the leading EV manufacture in the world and is getting ready to deliver millions of low priced cars worldwide including into the USA. The number of chargers stations needed in the future can only be expressed in the millions. The US commercial charger business opportunity is a thousand times larger than the residential solar roof business with no end in site.
(3) The cost of power will continue to increase and will be in short supply if the government shuts down or restricts the use of coal, gas and hydro to make electricity. The future of making power with wind and solar power could not be brighter.
(4) This is a straight forward “ground floor” business opportunity. I need “B to B” partners to join me and together we can dominate a important section of the new electrical industry with my wind and solar power pole. I am not looking for the worlds greatest sales rep. Lots of people can sell FREE energy. (5) Is the power pole capable of replacing the grid? The short answer is YES, but only in certain cases such as a cabin in the woods. The honest answer is NO in most commercial applications because the sun doesn’t shine every day and the wind does not blow every day so you can exceed the battery capacity of the pole and on occasions you will be forced to either buy power off the grid or use our side mounted LP powered generator as supplemental power while waiting for your power pole battery’s to be recharged. This problem will disappear in time as new higher capacity battery’s are developed, but for now the power pole must stay connected to the grid. Will the WIND SUN ENERGY Power Pole turn out to be savior of the energy crisis heading our way. No, but in ten years or less nuclear energy will probably prove to be the answer. Regardless of the future wind and solar will still be around and have the opportunity to help deliver the power required by our country.
(6). Amazon just announced they are building the world largest EV charging network. The US government is designing electric trucking lanes on the nation’s interstates. Honda motors just announced their first all electric self driving truck. China is building EV factories in Mexico to produce their $15,000 EV’s. GM is now promoting a new system to allow customers to use their EV’s to provide power to their home in case of brown outs or grid failure. ENERGY and charging is already a big business but it’s just getting started.
(7) TESLA laid off their entire 500 man EV charging team which begs the question WHY? The answer is simple. The grid is MAXED out and Elon did not want to continue to head his company into future trouble. He believes we must move into alternative forms of energy. WIND, SOLAR and BATTERIES are the next step before going 100% nuclear. It is time for the US to take action to address the problem of supplying the power required to run our country. Elon has a plan built around better battery’s and solar. We think the answer is WIND, SOLAR, BATTERIES AND MY PATENTED FLY WHEEL-GENERATOR which makes power 24/7 when the sun doesn’t shine and the wind doesn’t blow.
(8) The Department of Energy (D.O.E.) want to pay for green energy solutions installed on tribal reservations. They are offering grants to the smaller tribes and low cost SBA loans to the bigger tribes who have money making casino’s. The DOE projects the price of electricity will increase 56% over the next two years. All 50 states offer tax incentives for the purchase of solar, wind and green energy. The DOE just released a report that projects the cost of electricity will go up 50% when the AI DATA CENTERS come on line next year. We believe our little company has stumbled into a gold mine and the future business opportunities are unlimited.
