2-You do not have to deal with the volatility of changing managers and desk guys that are weak and can not close your deal
3-You have to walk deals because either you do not have the cars or the finance sources. We are the bank. We are much more resourceful when the deal makes sense.
4-You do not have to call ups and you will learn finance . You will learn how to type deals and have that experience .

Required Experience:
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be tech savoy and be able to communicate with prospects via chat, SMS, and email.
- Punctual
- Experience In negotiating
- Bilingual - English and Spanish
- Previous Automotive Sales Experience preferred but if not then willing to train the right person.
