Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Car Sales Executive to join our team at American Limousine Sales. As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the right vehicle to meet their needs and ensuring a positive buying experience. Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them in selecting the right vehicle
- Conduct test drives with potential buyers
- Provide information on vehicle features, specifications, and pricing
- Negotiate sales prices and financing options with customers
- Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation for vehicle sales
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly sales targets
- Maintain knowledge of current inventory and pricing promotions
- Utilize effective sales techniques to maximize sales opportunities
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills to manage customer inquiries, paperwork, and follow-ups
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure the best deals for customers
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the automotive industry
- Bilingual skills (Spanish or other languages) are a plus for assisting multilingual customers
- Knowledge of dealership operations and inventory control processes
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, commission-based sales environment
- Strong math skills for calculating pricing, financing options, and discounts
