Description:
As a Retail Sales Associate, you'll handle all sales duties, from generating leads to closing sales. Your role includes understanding customer needs, providing product information, resolving complaints promptly, and ensuring maximum client satisfaction.
Location: Woodland Hills, CA
Job Type: Part-time or Full-time
Hours: 25+ hrs/week (Must be open to work weekends 10 am - 4 pm)
Pay: $20/hour + Commission
Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the perfect merchandise.
Create positive customer experiences by building relationships and providing solutions.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
Continuously expand product knowledge to enhance customer shopping experiences.
Engage with customers in-store or over the phone for consultations.
Handle payment processing and credit authorizations.
Assist with customer pick-ups at our showroom and warehouse.
