We are currently seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team, supporting various departments with a focus on Accounting and Sales-related tasks

Job Description: As an Administrative Assistant at Clearmind Technology, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of our Accounting and Sales departments. You will be responsible for handling tasks related to accounts receivable, accounts payable, sales quoting, purchasing, and other general office administration duties. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment

Key Responsibilities:

Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable tasks, ensuring timely processing and accuracy.

Assist in preparing and processing sales quotes and purchasing orders.

Provide administrative support to Accounting and Sales teams by managing records, databases, and client information.

Maintain organized and up-to-date financial and sales records.

Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to facilitate efficient operations.

Handle general office administration tasks such as scheduling, filing, and supply management.

Respond to incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence professionally and promptly.

Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other documentation as required Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional office administration or accounting qualifications are advantageous.

Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role is preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
