Location: Northridge, CA
Pay Rate: $18.50-19
Shifts Available:
Wednesday and Thursday 2:00PM-10:00PM
Wednesday to Sunday 7:00PM-3:00AM
Saturday and Sunday 6:00AM-2:00PM
We are seeking experienced and dependable Security Officers to join our patrol team, servicing low-income housing communities. Officers will patrol properties ON FOOT to deter criminal activity, ensure safety, and respond to incidents promptly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct patrols every 30 minutes throughout assigned properties
Monitor and authorize entry of vehicles and individuals
Respond to alarms, disturbances, and emergencies
Secure all access points, including exits, doors, and windows after hours
Investigate suspicious behavior and remove trespassers or unauthorized individuals
Assist residents and staff in need of security support
Submit detailed daily reports on patrol activities and incidents
Requirements:
Must be bilangual English and Spanish speaker, Must speak spanish for this position
Valid Guard Card (Required)
Minimum 10 years of security experience
Strong observation, communication, and reporting skills
Dependable and professional demeanor
Experience in mobile patrol or residential security preferred
