==Responsibilities==
Monitor premises and CCTV diligently to prevent theft, violence, or any unauthorized activity.
Educate and caution individuals violating premise rules and regulations.
Patrol all resident floors and Promptly report facility issues, including fire hazards, leaks, etc.
Call for emergency personnel in high-risk situations.
Maintain accurate reporting using paper and app-based Reporting Application.
Regulating access and rules for residents and visitors, overseeing check-ins, and managing visitor traffic.
==Qualifications==
Preferably possess previous experience in security, law enforcement, or related fields.
Familiarity with security equipment is advantageous.
Proficient in interfacing with Management, local Fire and Law Enforcement agencies.
Ability to effectively manage and diffuse difficult situations and individuals.
Strong attention to detail.
==Requirements==
Must hold Proper ID and Work Authorization, with reliable transportation.
Possess or be eligible to obtain CA Guard Card.
Have SmartPhone with Reliable Internet
Minimum of 1 year of Security Experience or equivalent is preferred.
Attire: Black pants, black shoes, and a black security belt (Uniform shirt provided).
Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time.
Punctuality and responsiveness to communication.
Reliable Transportation to and from job sites
