Morning Shift (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM)
Swing Shift (11:00 AM - 7:00 PM)
Responsibilities:
Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of the premises.
Monitor surveillance cameras to detect and respond to any security breaches or incidents.
Provide excellent customer service to clients, employees, and visitors by assisting with inquiries, providing directions, and addressing concerns.
Enforce access control procedures by verifying credentials and authorizing entry to authorized personnel.
Respond promptly to emergencies, such as medical incidents, fires, or security breaches, and take appropriate action to mitigate risks.
Complete accurate and detailed incident reports documenting any security-related incidents or activities.
Collaborate effectively with law enforcement agencies, fire departments, and other emergency responders as needed.
Qualifications:
Valid Guard Card issued by Bureau of Security and Investigative Service.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure and handle challenging situations with professionalism and discretion.
Strong attention to detail and observation skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Physical ability to perform security-related duties, including standing, walking, and occasionally lifting or moving objects.
