Hiring Security Officers

Job Type: Full-time and Part-time Positions Available
Job Schedule: Monday to Sunday, 6 hours, 8 hours, and 10 hours shift availability.

Responsibilities:
-Secure premises and personnel by patrolling property.
- Monitor surveillance equipment and inspect buildings, equipment, and access points.
-Permit entry to authorized individuals while deterring losses and damage.
-Report irregularities and inform violators of policy and procedures.
-Complete detailed reports by recording observations, information, and occurrences.
-Maintain a secure environment by monitoring and setting building and equipment controls.
Qualifications:
-Physical fitness: Ability to lift and stand for extended periods.
-Strong reporting skills to document incidents accurately.
-Dependability and judgment in handling security situations.
-Objectivity and emotional control in high-pressure situations.
-Integrity and commitment to upholding security standards.
-Safety management skills to ensure a secure environment.
-Professionalism in all interactions with colleagues and the public.
-Looking for individuals with flexible schedules.
Requirements:
-Possession of a valid California Guard card is mandatory.
-Clean criminal record.
