Provide world class customer service to Residents and Invitees by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the property and perimeter.
Answer phones, log packages, control access, assist other departments as needed (front door/valet)
Looking for reliable, hard-working, professional applicants preferably with hotel or condominium experience. Pay begins at $20 per hour with full health benefits included, 401K, Paid Sick & Vacation time.
Evening/Graveyard Shift 11:00pm - 7:00am. Applicants should submit resume to posted email.

Be at least 18 years of age
Computer Literate
English Speaking
Possess a current CA Driver's License
