Steadfast Security has immediate openings for Full time & Part-Time Filed Supervisors
All Applicants Must Process:
Min 2 years Field Supervisory and or related field Experience
Valid California Driver's License with a clean DMV report/Must be over 23 years of age.
Clean Background
Valid California guard Card
Exception Customer Service Skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to work PM/Weekend Hours
Ability to work extended hours due to call-outs or change in client need
May involve standing for long periods of time and/or actively patrolling site property in a vehicle or on foot
Essential Duties and Responsibilities subject to but not limited to:
Driving and patrolling of several job sites throughout-Orange county, LA county and San Bernardino counties
Assist with Training and Scheduling of Current and future security offices
Create incident reports
Complete Daily activity reports
Must have great attention to detail.
