We are looking for a reliable and flexible Part-Time Rover Security Guard to provide call-out coverage on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. This on-call position requires a quick response to fill in for shifts at various client sites due to staff absences or emergencies. The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, and able to adapt quickly to new assignments.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to call-outs and report to assigned sites on short notice (Fri–Sun).
Patrol client properties (on foot or by vehicle) to ensure safety and security.
Monitor entrances, exits, and activity; control access and verify IDs.
Respond to alarms, emergencies, and incidents as needed.
Complete accurate shift and incident reports.
Follow site-specific post orders and company protocols.
Communicate clearly with dispatch and supervisors.
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED.
Must be eligible to work in the United States.
Valid [State] Security Guard License (Guard Card).
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Must be available to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
Must be able to respond to call-outs and travel to various locations on short notice.
Strong observation, communication, and reporting skills.
Physically able to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods and in various weather conditions.
Prior security, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus.
