Title: Highrise Security for luxury homes

Pay: $17.50 per hour.

Hours (shift 1): 32 hrs. per week, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, 10 pm - 6:30 am, and Friday, 2 pm - 10:30 pm, with a 30 min off meal break.

Hours (shift 2): 32 hrs. per week, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, 10 pm - 6:30 am, with a 30 min off meal break.

Start: ASAP

Work Duties:

1. Monitor guests and visitors to ensure the safety and security of the hotel

environment.

2. Respond to emergency situations and provide assistance to guests in distress.

3. Check for suspicious persons or activities on the property.

4. Monitor surveillance cameras and other security equipment.

5. Inspect hotel rooms for safety hazards and report any issues to the appropriate department.

6. Patrol the hotel premises (both interior and exterior).

7. Check the parking area and ensure there are no unauthorized vehicles, vagrants, trespassers, or solicitors.

8. Ensure all hotel doors are locked and that all rooms are properly secured.

9. Monitor who enters and leaves the hotel.

10. Fill in the security log (a report of checked areas).

11. Monitor security cameras.

12. Able to handle an electronic patrol system for patrol and reporting purposes.

13 Become familiar with key locations such as fire and emergency exits, and be prepared to assist during an emergency.

14. Call the police or fire department during emergencies.

15. Report suspicious activities - Report all suspicious events to onsite managers and take immediate actions to resolve

or correct the issues.

16. Must be courteous, friendly, and professional at all times.

17. Must be willing to wear a company-assigned security uniform.

18. This job entails prolonged walking, standing, and public relations.

19. Must be able to conduct hourly foot patrols and scan the QR codes throughout the property.

20. Respond to resident complaints.

21. Remove and escort trespassers from the property such as vagrants and homeless people.

22. Report to the property managers when necessary.

23. Complete the required security reports on the TrackTik patrol application.

Requirements:

Must be 18 years of age or older.

Must be legal to work in the U.S.

Have a working social security card.

Have a high school diploma, GED, or higher.

Pass a criminal background check.

Pass a drug test.

Have a current Guard Card license.

Have completed the 40 hours of security guard training (AB2880) or be able to obtain the training within 60 days of

hire at your own expense.

Able to clock in/off duty using the company telephone application system TracTick. Training will be provided.

Must be able to use the telephone electronic patrol application TrackTik or similar.

Must be able to stay awake and conduct hourly foot patrols.

Must work a flexible schedule including holidays, evenings, and weekends.
