North American Security and Investigations (NASI) is hiring professional Field Manager position in the Compton area. We are looking to fill a full-time position in Graveyard shift.
Pay Rate: $16.50 per hour starting rate. Officer will begin by training to be a Gate Officer. Pay rate will increase to $17.00 per hour once gate training is finished and evaluation test is passed. Officer will then begin training to be a Field Manager. Pay rate will increase to $19.00 per hour once training is completed.
JOB DESCRIPTION: ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
3A3P Compliance and enforcement
Alarm response
All Responsibilities applicable to Gate and Ped Positions
Available for Overtime / Holding post up to 4hrs as needed
Building Openings and Close down
Customer Special Requests: Transport of personnel, pick up/delivery of Items on or offsite
Driving Company vehicle / Conducting daily vehicle inspection (interior/exterior)
Escort of “DAs” (Dishonest Associates) off premises
Field Management DAR
Incident Reports: Completion/Submission – Investigation of incidents/accidents
Lock collection and distribution
Open post / coverage assist
Perimeter checks: Interior / Exterior
Post Checks (3A3P, BOL, Interchange and Release Audits)
Professional communication/correspondence with Drivers, Customers, Co-Workers and Management
Proper response / execution of work injury protocol
Restock of applicable documentation
Seal Discrepancy response and resolution per customer protocol
Shuttling of paperwork, supplies and miscellaneous items from one location to another
Training: Memo distribution, Remedial, New Hire Ped, Gate and FM Training
Visual Confirmation of units upon request
Compliance of all policies, protocols and procedures as described by Employer and/or the customer which are subject to change without prior notice.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
High School Diploma or above.
Valid CA Driver License.
Valid CA Guard Card.
Work experience in logistics environment preferred.
Security or Loss Prevention related experience preferred.
Supervisory/Management experience.
DMV H3 Printout.
