IMMEDIATE OPEN POSITION:
Armed Protective Agent: 24/7 and 12/7 Commercial and Residential Estate Command Centers.
Work Location: Malibu, Beverly Hills and surrounding areas.
Shifts: 12 hour (8 reg, 4 ot) / 6p-6a / 4 days per week
Must reside within 50 mile radius of Brentwood / Beverly Hills CA prior to submitting on line interest form.
Must possess current BSIS guard and firearms certifications to apply for this position.
Must be fully flexible, able to work 12 hour shifts, available Monday - Sunday, both day and night shifts , as required.
Must successfully pass a thorough background check
Paid overtime applicable after 8th straight hour worked
COMPENSATION:
$25/hr regular ; $37.50/hr overtime (Yearly equivalent based on 4 day work week is $72, 800)

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
-US citizenship.
-21 years of age at time of application.
-High school diploma or GED equivalent.
-Physically fit and in good overall medical and emotional condition.
-Must be able to work overtime, night shifts, holidays and weekends.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills (speak and write fluent English).
-Excellent analytical skills.
-Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to tactfully negotiate conflict and remain flexible.
-Outstanding organizational skills.
-Strong leadership skills with the ability to brief, defend, persuade, and instruct others on security requirements and policies.
-High levels of integrity, trustworthiness, and loyalty.
-Hold a current and valid California Class C driver's license.
-Hold a current and valid California BSIS guard certification.
-Hold a current and valid California BSIS firearms certification.
