What You'll Do:
Be the Hero Behind the Scenes – Plan, schedule, and deploy your security team like a mastermind, ensuring the right people are in the right places based on client and market data.
Deliver Top-Notch Customer Service – Ensure security officers shine in customer interactions, from routine patrols to high-profile special events.
Keep Everyone Sharp – Train officers and make sure their certifications are up-to-date and ready to go!
Be the Eyes and Ears – Regularly inspect client property, buildings, parking lots, and common areas, ensuring safety and security at all times.
Collaborate on Emergency Preparedness – Partner with the Director of Emergency Management to lead thrilling emergency drills and ensure readiness for anything.
Work Hand-in-Hand with Security Professionals – Ensure all security officers are up to UGS's high standards and ready for action.
Build Strong Relationships – Engage with offices, client staff, vendors, and visitors to create a positive and secure environment.
Audit Like a Pro – Conduct routine security audits to keep operations smooth and compliance tight.
Be a Go-To Expert – Advise officers of UGS policies and regulations, and the best safety practices.
Lead Special Operations – From special assignments to community engagement events, you’ll be on the front lines of every exciting opportunity.

Job Type: WED-SUNDAY 11am-7pm
Starting Pay: $28-$30an hour
Requirements:
Must have all valid permits to carry:
Must have valid California Guard Card
Must have Firearm permit
Must have CA driver's license and current driving record
Must own a reliable vehicle to get to and from work.
Must be well groomed
Must fluently Speak, Write and understand English
Active cell or landline.
