Warehouse Associate Position

Core GPO LLC is a full service Medical Supply Company servicing the Long Term Care industry. We provide a full range of medical supplies and equipment, all processed in our Los Angeles, CA warehouse. We are looking to fill the position of Warehouse Associate, who will be responsible for working under the direction of the Warehouse Manager to pick, pack and fulfill orders in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

Daily Operations: Play a crucial role in the warehouse's daily functions, including

picking, packing, receiving, shipping, and processing customer orders.

Order Management: Complete assigned pick lists, confirm customer orders, and report

any out-of-stock products to the supervisor for follow-up.

Product Handling: Sort and stack products in accordance with proper handling

guidelines throughout the warehouse.

General Duties: Perform other warehouse tasks as needed based on business

requirements.

Equipment Use: Safely operate approved equipment such as pallet jacks, dollies, and

forklifts.

Documentation: Systematically document all operations following departmental

standard operating procedures using the established ERP system.

Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and ship orders assigned through our ERP system,

adhering to specified protocols.

Work Area Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and clutter-free work area at all

times.

Safety Compliance: Adhere to warehouse safety procedures to ensure a safe working

environment.

Collaboration: Work closely with the warehouse manager to ensure efficient product

movement and tracking.

Time Management: Effectively manage time to minimize non-productive hours.

Qualifications:

Availability: Ability to work Monday through Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM.

Physical Capability: Ability to move products weighing up to 75 lbs and perform

physical activities such as bending, stooping, and squatting.

Equipment Operation: Competence in safely operating a pallet jack.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in using computers and understanding barcode scanning.

Product Knowledge: Advanced understanding of item numbers (SKU) and units of

measure (UOM).

Mathematical Skills: Basic math proficiency.

Organizational Skills: Excellent organization and attention to detail.

Work Environment: Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment.

Education: High school diploma or GED required.
