Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Part-Time Salesperson with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish and possess a strong sales aptitude and a passion for the holiday season. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, promoting our festive decorations, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

Customer Service: Provide personalized assistance to Spanish-speaking clients, guiding them through our selection of Christmas trees and decorative lighting.Address customer inquiries and concerns effectively, ensuring a positive shopping experience. Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored recommendations.

Sales:

- Actively promote the sale of Christmas trees and various lighting options.

- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.

- Utilize effective sales techniques to close deals and maximize revenue.

Product Knowledge:

- Develop in-depth knowledge of our product lines, including Christmas tree varieties, lighting types, and their features.

- Stay updated on the latest trends and new product introductions.

Trade Show Operations:

- Assist with maintaining a clean and organized sales floor.

- Participate in store setup and take down for seasonal displays at shows.

Administrative Support:

- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as data entry and inventory management.

Qualifications:

- Fluency in both English and Spanish is mandatory.

- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

- Strong customer service orientation and a passion for the holiday season.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

- High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
