We're seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented, and responsible shipping & fulfillment associate for our fashion website. The ideal candidate will have previous retail and fashion fulfillment experience.
Responsibilities:
Effectively and efficiently pick, pack and fulfill all web orders
Accurately pick and pack wholesale orders seasonally
Accurately quality control and check in new merchandise from factories
Conduct inventory counts and maintain organization by SKU on our web provider (Shopify)
Process returns and exchanges
Work with customer service on customer order issues
Maintain customer satisfaction in order to build loyalty
Maintain office and shipping supplies
Qualifications:
Customer service experience is preferred
Experience in retail/fashion fulfillment is preferred
Must be highly organized and have attention to detail
Must be a problem solver
Strong written and verbal skills
