This legendary co-op has over 130 professional dealers and features all periods and styles of antiques and collectibles. From trinkets to bedroom sets, from palatial to primitive, the Center and its companion store the Annex features 50,000 sq. ft. of "everything for the collector of anything!"
Our multi-vendor Antique Mall located in Pasadena is looking for a hands on, part time or full time sales associate with experience interested in joining our team.
Roles and Responsibilities include:
-Greeting customers when entering and leaving establishments
-Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
-Assisting customers by directing to merchandise and opening display cases
-Answering and directing phone calls on multi-line phone system
-Uphold store policies and learn industry specific POS system
-Monitor emails and respond in a timely manner
-Acts as a liaison between customers and antique dealers
Job Requirements:
-Must have weekend availability
-High school diploma
-Retail sales experience
-Professional appearance
-Strong computer skills
-Maintain a positive attitude while working under pressure
-Attention to Detail
-Good team player
-Self-management
-Proper phone etiquette
-Cashier experience and proficient cash handling
-Ability to stand and walk for an extended period of time
