We are currently seeking a part-time Junior Associate to join our retail and fulfillment team! This is a hybrid "floater" position, with responsibilities split between retail and fulfillment—both housed within the same building in Eagle Rock.
Role & Responsibilities
Retail Associate Duties:
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a welcoming in-store experience.
- Develop a strong understanding of the brand’s mission, product materials, styles, and fit.
- Assist customers with purchases and product inquiries.
Fulfillment Associate Duties:
- 'Pull' online orders using Shopify.
- Conduct quality control checks on all pieces before shipment.
- Fold, package, and prepare orders for delivery.
What We’re Looking For
- A friendly and customer-focused demeanor.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to multitask and adapt between retail and fulfillment roles.
No prior experience necessary—training will be provided!
