Your Role:

As a Key Account Specialist / Data-Entry - B2B, you'll play a pivotal role in managing our large internet B2B key accounts, with a focus on Amazon. Your tasks will include processing orders for the US and Canada, handling all aspects of order fulfillment, and ensuring our products reach their destinations efficiently and effectively. You'll also be the key communicator with our Amazon buyers and coordinate closely with our warehouses to manage large shipments.

Key Responsibilities:

Process all Amazon import/domestic orders, manage POs, and ensure efficient order fulfillment.

Navigate Amazon Vendor Central and other platforms for order management, including creating box labels, submitting ASNs, and invoicing.

Maintain detailed records of transactions and disputes, ensuring accuracy in accounts receivable.

Demonstrate strong communication skills, managing correspondence with buyers and coordinating with warehouses for shipment preparation.

Utilize your expertise in Excel and familiarity with SAP Business One (a plus) to streamline operations.

Represent Bruder Toys America at trade shows, contributing to setup and presentation efforts.

Who You Are:

Skilled: Strong knowledge of Excel and experience with ERP software systems. Knowledge of SAP Business One is a plus.

Communicative: Excellent written communication skills with the ability to draft professional and convincing letters.

Adaptable and Positive: You bring a positive attitude to work every day, with the flexibility to handle various tasks efficiently.

Organized: Exceptional time management skills, capable of managing large volumes of orders without compromising on quality.
