We are a e-commerce small business looking for an inventory manager to help us organize and prevent losses and employee theft. Pay starts at $20/hr with potential to increase with promotions over time if you transition into a manager overseeing future employees. We receive inventory every single day so a full-time or close to full time employee is needed.
Your main duties will be:
-Receiving and unpacking merchandise, checking to make sure the quantity and items are correct
-Organizing merchandise on racks and shelves after putting price tags on them
-Devise ways to optimize inventory control procedures
-Inspect daily incoming shipments
-Prevent and report theft
-Put price tags on inventory
-Organize inventory and space
-Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize showroom procedures
-Keeping the areas clean and organized daily
