Responsibilities:
Assist in daily operations and social media.
Setting up /preparations for market weeks.
Create line sheets as needed.
Assist with managing online store and social media accounts.
Maintain clean and organized showroom.
Support with online research.
Keep a schedule of meetings, appointments, and deadline. (communicate upcoming events with management)
Promptly respond to emails, calls etc.
Assist running errands, shipping orders and stylist pulls.
Outreach to stylists, influencer ugc creators, and talent. (Maintain clear communication)
Scheduling content on socials; posting consistently.
Creating content for social media accounts. (reels, images etc.)
Take the lead on setting up content days and scouting talent.
Knowledge of online sales advertising, TikTok shop, and other social media sales platforms.
Requirements:
Experience working in Fashion.
Social Media Experience.
Valid driver's license and car.
Keep up in a fast-paced work environment.
Reliable, accountable, consistent.
Highly motivated self-starter with great organization skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
Knowledge of Shopify, YouTube,Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, TikTok and Canva.
Positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility and a collaborative team player.
Must take direction well, follow instructions and follow company policies at all times.
Be able to work closely with management daily.
