Customer service representative needed for Watch company located in downtown Los Angeles. Looking for an engaged individual to join our team in assisting with retail sales support and after sales service.
Position involves:
- Inbound telephone / web sales
- After-sales (service) calls and emails addressed daily
- Order Processing: Retail and wholesale , (domestic and international)
- No cold calls / no sales quotas.
- Intermediate computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Quick Books,) and the ability to multi-task are a must.
- Professional communication skills: Verbal and Written
- Attention to detail
- Full time opening, (40 Hrs.) Monday-Friday 9:00AM – 5:30 PM
You are responsible for:
Creating a positive experience for our customers with emphasis on helpful customer service.
Must have an interest in continued learning, To acquire and develop full knowledge of our product line and provide educated product recommendations and style suggestions.
Address customer questions pertaining to all aspects of the brand.
Compensation: $20.00-25.00/Hour Based on Experience / Qualifications
