We are looking for young enthusiastic customer service experts to fill our open budtending position. We require no prior budtending experience. It is more important to have a positive attitude and great customer service skills to ensure each patient leaves satisfied and is given quality medication in a professional manner.
Position: part-time and full- budtender
Employment Requirements:
- Age 21+
- Current valid California ID
- Valid Drivers License
- Weekend and Holiday availability
- Math skills and cash handling experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication
- Attention to Detail
- Capability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Self-motivated and can work well independently with minimal guidance
- Must be punctual
-Must be honest
-Must be dependable
- Must have a reliable mode of transportation
- Basic knowledge of cannabis is a plus but not required.
-Efficient with Microsoft software (Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel)
- Able to work under pressure
- Professional appearance.
- Ability to work with a variety of people including co-workers and patients.
Duties:
- Operating office equipment like printers, copiers and fax machines.
- Accurately inputting confidential details into databases.
- Clean, organized, and detail-oriented with diligent follow-up
- Ensure stations are ready to go at opening time
- Maintain fully stocked and clean stations at all times
