experienced in sales and real estate is must or sales experience.
bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
duties and requirements
common sense, sense of humor, sympathy, follow up with sellers,
comp properties, review contracts, make offers, set appointments. as well as send documents to sign , send text messages, answer messages
company is in Los Angeles, CA but you can work from the confort of your own home.
40 hours/ week. $5 hour depending on experience + commissions.
Duties,
Talking to potential sellers to buy their houses,
Setting appointments
Sending text messages
learning how to close deals.
I will coach you as well.
