The Senior Loan Servicing Specialist will process borrower and investor payment, demands, payoffs and reconveyances. Will also board loans, monitor property taxes and insurance, make advances when necessary and in some cases, handle collections and loan modifications. Will be communicating with borrowers, investors and management on a daily basis.
Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
$75,000-$90,000/year + Benefits
Qualifications:
5+ years of loan servicing experience
Understanding of Notes, Deeds, Title Policies and Settlement Statements
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience with The Mortgage Office (loan servicing software) a plus
California Notary License a plus
