Compensation:
Commission-based pay
Expected earnings: $60,000 - $150,000 annually

Responsibilities:
Hold an active California real estate license
Conduct prospecting and lead generation through various channels such as in-person meetings, phone calls, digital media, and open houses
Represent buyers and sellers to facilitate successful transactions
Negotiate purchase agreements, listing agreements, resolve client issues, and liaise with third parties
Self-motivated with a drive for excellence
Excellent communicator and enjoys working with people
Possess an entrepreneurial mindset and a willingness to learn new skills
Optimistic, hardworking, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy
