Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated, professional, and detail-oriented intern to join our team in Sherman Oaks. This is a full-time, paid internship designed for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the real estate industry while developing valuable customer service and sales skills.

The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for incoming leads, handling intake calls and assisting potential clients with inquiries related to manufactured housing, home sales, and development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer and manage incoming phone calls from prospective clients, investors, and industry partners.

Qualify and screen leads, gathering essential information and routing them to the appropriate team members.

Provide general information about our services, pricing, and process to customers.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions using our CRM system.

Assist in administrative tasks related to sales, marketing, and client follow-ups.

Support team members with various real estate projects as needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree (Required). Applicants without a degree will not be considered.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Bilingual in English & Spanish (Preferred but not required).

Professional phone etiquette and ability to handle customer inquiries with confidence.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus.

Interest in real estate, sales, and client relations.
