Experienced Realtor seeks assistant/protege to grow with our small company.
Applicant must be a currently licensed California Realtor.
Are you seeking to supplement your Realtor income by working on the deals you do not generate, while at the same time representing your own clients that you bring in?
We are an established, discount real estate brokerage with a 5-Star reputation and 25 years of experience. We believe in creating an authentic connection and offering dedicated service to clients. We are looking for an honest, resourceful, and motivated agent who can work closely with clients and handle multiple aspects of a transaction.
You are a Realtor who will hang your license with our brokerage and continue to represent the clients that you bring in as AGENT #1. You can do so under our discount model or our full-service brokerage banner so that your clients only know you as a FULL COMMISSION REALTOR. Whichever you prefer is good with us.
For the deals we generate, you will receive a weekly draw against future commissions.
Essentially, you will be compensated as an independent contractor for your work on the deals we bring in while you are also working on your own deals.

As long as you are a licensed CA Realtor, none of what you share is an automatic disqualification. I encourage you to help us get a real sense of who you are as a person.
