Regarding Compensation, it all depends upon YOU, how much Extensive Experience you have with what WE DO.
Extensive Experiance may Raise your Starting compensation.
So you understand, 1 year here, and 1 year there, is not the kind of Experience that would Qualify as Extensive Experience.
Should you have Overall Extensive Experience, that happens to work for what we need, and as stated in your Resume, we will go over that with you to learn more about you. It may very well help your starting compensation.
