Part-time Onsite Property Manager Mobilehome Park

We are seeking a Property Manager to live on-site in a small mobilehome park in Torrance. We prefer that you have prior experience in a mobilehome park, MRL is helpful, maintenance inspections / notices, collecting rents, making deposits, new resident packets, walking the park everyday to ensure there are no safety hazards and greeting residents. You should be knowledgeable with a computer, internet, email, Word, and basic office skills. It's an all age park, immaculate and quiet. The hours would be M, W, F, 9:00 A.M. - 1:00 P.M. and Tue. and Thur. 1:00 P.M. - 5:00 P.M. You will have a one bedroom, one bathroom cute mobilehome to live in. There may be some evenings and weekends on rare occasions. The hours give you time to possibly work another part-time position.
