Applicants must have prior Property Manager experience. Resumes without this experience will not be considered. A team is a must with light maintenance required and own all of your own tools. Example of light duties are, un jamb disposals, replace garbage disposals, replace faucets, replace repair sink drains, sprinklers, time clocks, sprinkler valves, clean dryer vents, repair replace shower doors, towel bars, toilet paper holders, fix doors, locks, exterior lights interior lights and fans, exhaust fans, replace screens, repair parts in toilets, these are examples of light maintenance not limited to. Bi lingual from one is a must. This is for a 22 unit building and 13 units in Downey. Looking for someone that can also do heavier work with extra pay like paint and rehab units. Anyone applying must be truthful of what their limitations of expertise is. We do not accept work that is not to code or repaired back to original. Additional compensation will be discussed once quality is shown. Managers duties for now will be placing ads, set and show units, clean vacant units, receive applications and documents, take repair requests and make sure they are completed in a timely fashion. Clean trash area once a week and keep all trash picked up. Make sure tenets follow all rules and enforce parking regulations. Rents are paid to me but you will serve any and all notices. Compleat rental agreements. We have very little turn over about 2-3 per year for both properties.
