We are looking for an onsite resident manager of a 16 unit apartment building in Santa Monica, on 6th street.
This position will be paid with a reduced rent and hourly compensation. The hourly is $17.28/hr for 40 hrs. per month. The monthly rent for the unit will be reduced to $1600/month for a 1 bed + 1 bath apartment unit. There is also a leasing commission of $100 per unit leased.
Applicant(s) will have a lifestyle or job that keeps one or both of them at home much of the time. They will be expected to show apartments for rent, distribute notices to tenants, schedule and meet vendors, and be generally available to address building issues or emergencies with tenants and the building’s property management company.
A basic knowledge of email and word processing is required. Previous Resident Manager experience required. Being tech savvy and having a knowledge of the property management softwares AppFolio, Yardi, etc. is a plus.
