We're currently on the lookout for a dedicated On-site Full-Time Leasing Consultant to oversee a prominent apartment complex in the dynamic Hyde Park neighborhood. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Directs the operations of the apartment community in a manner which will meet the goals of our Company and provides a quality living environment for residents and promotes positive working relationships with company employees.

· Maintains high occupancy.

· Effectively markets the community.

· Directs timely rent collections and deals with all income related issues.

· Coordinates the maintenance of the property to ensure the quality and timeliness of maintenance efforts.

· Promotes positive public relations with prospects, residents, vendors, and clients.

· Enforces community rules and walks the property regularly.

· Develops a professional, motivated team through effective personnel management.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Full-Time – On Site Leasing Consultant/Assistant Manager, Commit to 40 hours per week. Must be flexible.

· Minimum 2 years’ experience as manager of comparable property;

· Good management skills including sales, customer service, and marketing.

· Must be meticulous, highly organized, and able to interact effectively with prospects, residents, peers, staff, and management.

· Good computer skills (Yardi experience is a must).

· Valid driver license & reliable transportation required.

· No Pet Policy.

COMPENSATION: Free 1bd & 1bath (valued at $1,750 per month) w/separate leasing office, Base compensation is between $3,200 & $3,400 per month. In addition, there would be a monthly bonus. Health & Dental after 60 days, Voluntary benefits include: Life, Disability, Vision, FSA, and 401k Plan plus match.
