Property management company is currently seeking a property manager to manage two buildings in the Koreatown area near Vermont and 9th Street. The manager is required to live at one of the buildings being managed. This is NOT an offsite position or is this an option. If you are interested, send your resume for review to be considered.
Responsible For:
Rent Collection
Collection delinquencies
Generating and Posting notices as needed.
Advertising and leasing vacant units
Scheduling and conducting tours
Scheduling maintenance/work orders
Walk the properties on daily basis
Other duties assigned by management
Requirements:
- Property manager experience- 1 year minimum
- Living onsite and managing 30+ units is preferred
- Valid Driver's license, this is a MUST
- Vehicle that can be used for work, this is a MUST
- Willing to undergo a background check and drug test, in accordance with local law/regulations
- GED or HS Diploma
- Bilingual in Spanish is a preferred
- Must already live in the Los Angeles/San Fernando Valley area
Compensation & Schedule:
- $3100-3700/month gross salary (DOE) w/ rent deduction from salary
- Partial utilities paid (water, trash & sewage)
- Medical, dental, vision, life insurance
- Full Time
- Monday-Friday- 8:00am - 5:00pm- w/out any other conflicts
- Available after hours and weekends for emergencies
