This position involves making outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads, promote mortgage products and set appointments for loan officers.
Key Responsibilities:
Calling potential borrowers from lead lists or cold calling.
Explaining mortgage products, interest rates, and loan terms.
Pre-qualifying customers based on basic financial information.
Scheduling appointments for loan officers.
Following up on leads and maintaining a database.
Skills & Requirements:
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Basic knowledge of mortgage products and lending guidelines.
Ability to handle objections and maintain a positive attitude.
Experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
Familiarity with CRM systems and telemarketing software.
Compensation:
Base salary + commission
