Mani Brothers Real estate Group a privately-held real estate investment firm that owns, renovates, operates, manages and leases 1.3 million square feet of prime, commercial property is currently recruiting for a maintenance tech.
Duties include:
Clean facilities by sweeping, dusting etc.
Perform maintenance and light repairs
Perform basic electrical and plumbing maintenance
Undertake duties as assigned or emergency tasks (e.g. shoveling snow)
Identify and report the need for major repairs

Requirements
Ability to complete daily tasks and address 20 – 30 tenant requests per day.
Ability to provide superior customer relations through positive interaction with tenants/internal staff and responsive action in addressing their needs.
Ability to interact with vendors and suppliers so as to ensure that the best possible product and service is provided.
Able to lift and push up to 50lbs.
Reliable Transportation, valid Driver’s License, with a clean driving record.
