Duties:
Successfully complete the team 8-week course
Consistently implement lead generation systems
Engage with buyers and sellers in consultations
Negotiate offers on behalf of clients
Maintain task and activity records in Follow Up Boss
Host 2 open houses monthly
Translate prospecting and lead generation into appointments
Attend weekly Fast Forward Movement Mastermind (+1 Coaching call)
Join team activities as per team standards
Commit to weekly 1:1 progress sessions, monthly training, and weekly Fast Forward Movement.
Generate leads through calling, door-knocking, and team events
Show proficiency in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services (training support available!)

Compensation:
$48,000 - $200,000+ USD Annually (Commission based)

Missy received her real estate license in New York City in 1998 and was the youngest agent hired at the Douglas Elliman Madison Avenue location. Jason joined her in 2004, bringing his vast advertising and marketing experience working on national brands, to the business. With exceptional experience and connections in the marketing and advertising field, the Improtas are better able to expose their listings, resulting in higher net sales prices. They also employ the most current technologies in social media and transaction protocol to make sure the process is easy and low stress.
