Job Description:
We are seeking a Loan Broker, preferably with an active California Lender License, to secure financing for our adaptive reuse projects, existing construction, and future developments. This role will play a key part in scaling our operations and realizing our mission of creating sustainable and affordable housing.
Responsibilities:
Source and negotiate financing for construction and adaptive reuse projects.
Work closely with our team to develop tailored loan structures.
Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders, financial institutions, and stakeholders.
Provide expert guidance on financing options, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Qualifications:
Active California Lender License preferred.
Experience in construction, development, or adaptive reuse project financing.
Strong network of lenders and financial institutions.
Proven negotiation and communication skills.
A passion for affordable housing and adaptive reuse innovation is a plus.
