Leasing Coordinator

FULLY REMOTE direct hire position. You need to have a background in commercial real estate leases, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate leasing activity records in Yardi, Salesforce, and project management tools.

Assist in preparing Letters of Intent (LOIs), term sheets, and other deal-related documents.

Track key leasing milestones such as store openings, tenant build-outs, and improvement allowances.

Process lease-related invoices, including leasing commissions and tenant improvements.

Manage the leasing email inbox and voicemail, ensuring timely responses and organization.

Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and coordinate communications with tenants, brokers, and business partners.

Arrange travel and logistics for leasing team members as needed.

Support the Legal team with lease document preparation, including rent schedules and site plans.

Coordinate lease document signatures and notarization.

Review lease documents for accuracy against negotiated deal terms.

Conduct research on lease terms, tenant requests, and prospective tenants.

Support Investor Relations and Analysis teams by providing leasing data and responding to inquiries.

Prepare leasing status reports, quarterly investor updates, and other required reporting.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in a leasing support, lease administration, or commercial real estate role, specifically with retail leases.

Strong understanding of commercial lease documents, amendments, and retail real estate terminology.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact professionally with tenants, brokers, and stakeholders.

High level of attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word; Yardi experience strongly preferred.

Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
