The Leasing Consultant is a key role in our property management team, responsible for leasing apartments to prospective residents and providing outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for helping people find their perfect home.
Key Responsibilities:
-Conduct property tours and showcase available apartments to prospective residents.
-Follow up with prospects and maintain a high level of customer service through phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
-Process rental applications and verify applicant information in compliance with company policies and regulations.
-Prepare lease agreements and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.
-Maintain accurate records of leasing activity, prospects, and current residents using property management software.
Qualifications:
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
-Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
-Ability to work weekends as needed.
-Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
