Looking for a full-time maintenance person to join our team!
We are located in Torrance, Redondo Beach, and Palos Verdes
This position is full time and must be willing to rotate being on call for emergencies.
Job duties include but not limited to:
Vacant turn overs
Tenant work orders
Plumbing, and electrical experience
Must be able to work well with others and perform team work
Complete work orders in a timely manner
Help maintain buildings and property
Handyman work
Must have a valid Drivers License
