An established property management company with 34 years of history located in Alhambra with a diverse portfolio of apartments, HOAs, and commercial and retail buildings. We seek an experienced Property Supervisor to oversee a mixed portfolio of the aforementioned property types. The portfolio is about 500 units and 40-50 locations in LA County.
Qualifications, Skills, and Requirements:
- MUST have 3+ years of experience using Appfolio (or Yardi)
- MUST have 5+ years of experience managing a portfolio of various types of properties - APARTMENTS, HOAs, AND COMMERCIAL
- HOA Experience highly desired
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, relationship building, and conflict resolution skills
- Building maintenance management knowledge
- Must be well-versed in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Mail, etc.)
- Must be motivated and a self-starter
- Proactive, lean-forward attitude and the ability to multi-task
- Organized and pays attention to detail

Compensation: ($68,000 to $88,000+, including leasing and portfolio bonuses) and full benefits, including Health Benefits, 401k, and employer 401k matching.
