Established property management company has a full-time opportunity for someone with some experience in building maintenance.
Can you fix, replace, demo, refinish, paint, do basic electrical repairs, fixtures, plumbing, roofing and clean multi-unit properties?
We have steady work for the right person. The ideal candidate will have an active driver license with no points on their record as this position may eventually require travel to surrounding properties.

This is a full-time position paid hourly with medical, dental, and 401k. All mileage is also paid. You must have reliable transportation, a current valid driver license and agree to submit to a drug test, driving record check and background check.
