Position Summary:
You’ll handle showings, communicate with applicants, and support the leasing process from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
Greet, qualify, and guide prospective tenants through property tours.
Respond promptly to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
Prepare and process lease applications, screening, and move-in documentation.
Maintain knowledge of available units, rental rates, and lease terms.
Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants and prospects.
Assist with marketing efforts, open houses, and social media promotions.
Coordinate with the property management team on unit availability and turnover timelines.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong sales or leasing experience preferred (real estate or property management a plus).
Professional appearance and positive, outgoing personality.
Able to work weekends and flexible hours as needed.
Comfortable using leasing software, email, and scheduling tools.
Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Other Real Estate and Leasing Tasks
Preferred:
Bilingual – Spanish speaking is a plus.
Familiarity with the Los Angeles rental market.
Compensation:
Hourly rate: $18.00 – $25.00, depending on experience.
Commission-based bonuses for signed leases.
