We are a dynamic start-up that specializes in short-term rental management Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, and Corporate rentals. We are looking for a skilled intern who can go into empty houses and apartments and create design boards for furnishing these properties to be rented as short-term rentals. This will include:
Measuring rooms to choose the appropriate sized furniture.
Finding stylish, contemporary, and cost-effective items to furnish the ENTIRE house including artwork, rugs, lighting etc.\
This is a perfect gig for a student or someone skilled and interested in working in real estate staging or short-term rentals.
Putting together a price list
Ordering furniture and overseeing delivery inventory
Directing installation and setup of furniture
This business is very specific and to be considered, you must understand the design dynamics that work for these type of properties.
Pictures are the most important thing that sells a rental and the looks must be warm, inviting and contemporary. Original and quirky touches are good for accents, but overall we are looking for sleek modern and more minimalistic aesthetic (see attached pictures for examples).
There will be a small salary paid per job that will be negotiated based on the scope of work to be done.
